At Atlantis Ramps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging. Some items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from return. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning a product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after checking with your bank and credit card company, please contact us at support@atlantisramps.com
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged products only. If you need to exchange a product, please send an email to support@atlantisramps.com and send the product to Cihannüma Mah. Akdoğan Sk. Canlı İş Merkezi No:35 K:2 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Turkey.
Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver and they will be made aware of the return.
Shipping returns
Before returning any products, please reach out to us at support@atlantisramps.com for approval. Once we have approved your request to return, you may proceed to send your product to: Cihannüma Mah. Akdoğan Sk. Canlı İş Merkezi No:35 K:2 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Turkey.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if approved.
When shipping back the item, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance, especially for more expensive items. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items and advise taking the necessary measures to ensure the safe delivery of your returned product.
