In the event of a returned payment, Atlantis Ramps reserves the right to charge a returned payment fee to cover administrative costs.
Interest may accrue on past due accounts at the maximum legal rate.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
Atlantis Ramps shall not be liable for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in shipment or delivery.
The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
The customer is responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

Product Warranty
Atlantis Ramps warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, or use of the products.
The warranty is void if the products are altered or modified in any way.
Atlantis Ramps’ sole liability and the customer’s sole remedy for a breach of this warranty shall be, at Atlantis Ramps’ option, repair or replacement of the defective products.

Return Policy:

Products may only be returned with prior written approval from Atlantis Ramps and in accordance with the Return Policy in effect at the time of the return. Returned products must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories, instructions, and other materials included in order to be eligible for a refund. If products are returned in a condition that cannot be resold, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited back to the original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges incurred by Atlantis Ramps in shipping the product to you.

This revised policy aligns the language and requirements of the “Returns and Refunds” and “Return Policy” sections, and makes it clear that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Atlantis Ramps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic loss.
Atlantis Ramps’ total liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the products, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.

The customer agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the products.
The customer agrees not to use the products for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were intended.
The customer agrees not to remove or alter any trademark, trade name, product name, or logo of Atlantis Ramps.

Any award rendered shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
The parties agree to split the costs of arbitration evenly.
